Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Click the Add Your Logo area at the top left of the invoice form. We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and GIF formats. Your logo is stored only in your browser.
What currencies are supported?
My Invoice Generator supports 150+ world currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR, and more. Open Settings to choose your currency.
Is my invoice data saved automatically?
Your data is saved locally in your browser (localStorage) and restored on your next visit. Click Save to manually persist the current state. Your data is never sent to any server.
How do I add tax, discount, or shipping?
Tax is always visible - just enter a percentage. Click + Discount or + Shipping below the totals to reveal those fields. All amounts are recalculated instantly.
Can I change the document type (Quote, Receipt, etc.)?
Yes. Click the INVOICE title at the top right of the invoice and type any document title you prefer - Quote, Receipt, Proforma, Credit Note, etc.
